What if I forget my appointment and do not show for my scheduled certification exam?

• You are a no-show, if you fail to join your scheduled exam video conference within 15 minutes of the start time of your certification exam.
• If you are a no-show for your scheduled certification exam, you must pay a no-show fee of $150 and a rescheduling fee of $145. 
• Canceling the same day is considered a no-show.
