Can I request a refund if I decide not to do the RBLP® certification exam?

• Refund requests submitted within 30 calendar days of funding the exam will not incur a fee.
• Refund requests submitted after 30 calendar days of funding the exam will incur a $295 processing fee. 
• Refund requests within 48 hours of a scheduled exam are forfeited.
• The exam voucher is valid for one year. There is no refund for an unused exam voucher after one year.
• Exams are not transferable.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted to support@resiliencebuildingleader.com.
