      Do I need to download any software for taking the RBLP® certification exam?

      Internet and video connection policy:
      • The exam is conducted through Microsoft Teams. You can use the Microsoft Teams app or directly through your web browser. No special software downloads are required if used through a web browser.
      • Reliable and stable internet and video connection are required for enabling Microsoft Teams video conference for the entire duration of your scheduled certification exam.
        • RBLP oral certification exam: 1.5 hours 
        • RBLP-C oral certification exam: 2.5 hours
        • RBLP-T oral certification exam: 3.5 hours
      • If using the Microsoft Teams app, please test your settings prior to the exam.
      • If you are unable to maintain internet & video connectivity, it may be necessary to reschedule your exam at the Exam Administrator’s discretion.
      • If rescheduling is required due to connectivity problems, the no-show and rescheduling policies will apply.
