      Do I need to do a test call within Microsoft Teams before my scheduled certification exam?

      • Yes. Please conduct a test call before the scheduled exam within Microsoft Teams. 
        • Microsoft Teams has a specific license to the government that may disable functions of the program, to include video capability.
