COOL is asking me to apply on the website, but I already have, what should I do?

COOL needs you to forward them your approval letter from RBLP stating “Congratulations, you’ve been approved!”

When you applied, you should have received a few emails from us. The approval email COOL needs is one of the emails we sent immediately after you applied.
