Can I use federal, state and local government contract funds to pay for the exam prep training and RBLP® certification exam?

Existing contract vehicles and Standard Form 182.

• Federal, state, and local government agencies and departments can purchase exam prep training and certification exams for government employees using existing contract vehicles.
• Federal government customers can also use Standard Form 182 (Request, Authorization, Agreement, and Certification for Training) to facilitate purchases outside of a contract vehicle.
• There will need to be two separate SF-182s. One for the training with an AEP/ATP and one for the Exam with RBLP®.
