      Can I use Coast Guard COOL to fund the Exam Prep Training Course & Certification Exam?

      Coast Guardsmen can use Coast Guard COOL to pay for the RBLP® series of leadership certification exams and training courses to prepare for the exams. Check with Coast Guard COOL to determine eligibility requirements.

      Coast Guardsmen must submit receipts to Coast Guard COOL for reimbursement of exam prep training and certification exam expenses.
